1. Cutter:

However, during use, due to the high working frequency, its service life also has a certain limit. If it is found that there is an error in the bag-making length during the production process (usually after half a year of continuous production), and other problems cannot be solved after troubleshooting, the clutch can be disassembled for inspection and maintenance.

4. Adjustment of the spacing between welding lines and cutting lines:

The distance between the welding line and the cutting line is generally 5-10mm. Turn the handwheel on the adjustment frame to raise or lower the beam roller by a certain distance to obtain the ideal cutting line. In order to facilitate the observation of the quality of the welding wire, the welding wire position of the single bottom line can be adjusted to the outer end of the machine cutter. If the welding line and the bottom line are not parallel, you can loosen the fastening screw of one bevel gear, and turn the hand wheel to raise or lower one end on the beam roller; after the production is stable, lock the screw of the gear.

5. How to adjust the welding knife:

Place a piece of tissue paper on the support base and roll the large handwheel in the body box with your hands to make the welding knife at the bottom dead center. Loosen the nut and adjust the nut, and test the tightness of both ends of the tissue paper by hand until it is approximately equal. After adjustment, lock the nut to prevent loosening.

6. Active light-controlled feeding equipment:

The automatic light-controlled feeding equipment of the plastic bag making machine consists of a servo motor, feeding rubber roller, light-controlled film shutter, curtain, photoelectric tracking machine and electronic control line. Its function is to maintain normal film feeding during the production process. When the machine is running, when the film feeding speed is too fast and the light-controlled rays are blocked, the equipment will issue a command to stop the motor from rolling and feeding.
